Finding Your Element: The Fire, Earth, Air, and Water Signs

Your astrological element ties you into our natural world, and provides insight on how you interact with, take from, and provide for your environment.

Here, we’ll discover our astrological element, and read our horoscope.

The 12 zodiacs are grouped into four elements: fire, earth, air, and water.

The Fire Signs: Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius

The Earth Signs: Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn

The Air Signs: Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius

The Water Signs: Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces

Discover your sun sign.

If your sun sign is one of any of the three listed for an element, then it’s yours! For example, I’m a Scorpio, so my element is water.

Now, for your horoscopes!

Fire Signs

Driven by passion and temperament, fire signs are all in or all out. These signs are loyal beyond comprehension. They’ll follow you to the end of the Earth, but only if they want to.

Be warned, though. All lights go out eventually. Make sure to keep your kindling locked tight. There’s always someone trying to keep warm.

Earth Signs

Earth signs have the ability to make a world out of nothing. They’re always looking for a new project, opportunity, or someone.

However, they must learn when to bring themselves to a halt, and listen. There’s always a sign, somewhere, whether you catch it or not. A crack in the dam may wash you away.

Air Signs

Air signs are fond of the “no strings attached” style, and like to live on their own terms. What they cannot find on their own, they’ll refuse. And although they strive for freedom, they find themselves being the doorman for those coming and going from their life.

My advice: either learn how to leave the door open, or know when to slam it shut.

Water Signs

What they cannot carry on their own, they endure. Either for the sake of knowing, or to profit from it.

These signs are the great sufferers, and for no better reason than to have the experience. They get lost in their visions, their pasts, and their wishes. But be careful how far you wade out; your longing for the shore may become a dream too.
